Watching your child struggle with big emotions, tantrums, or social stress can feel overwhelming — but you’re not alone, and there is support.
Our Emotional Regulation Group is designed for children ages 5–9 who need help expressing their feelings, building confidence, and navigating daily challenges.
Led by licensed therapist Melissa Zentner, this small-group experience gives kids the tools to self-regulate, while offering parents practical guidance to create calmer, more connected homes.
In just 10 weeks, your family can experience fewer outbursts, more understanding, and a stronger emotional foundation.
What They Will Learn
Emotional Regulation
Your child will learn practical strategies to manage big emotions in the moment — at home, school, or out in public.
Healthy Ways to Express Big Feelings
Kids build the skills to talk about their emotions instead of shutting down, yelling, or acting out.
Stronger Social Skills & Boundaries
We help children learn how to interact with peers in a respectful and confident way.
Peace of Mind for Parents
Know how to respond to tantrums and stressful situations with tools that actually work — no more second-guessing.
