You'll learn
Lauren Buroker, LMFT graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has extensive experience working with couples, families and individuals to build healthier relationships.
While Lauren was initially trained in CBT, her focus now lies in systems theory - understanding how the various groups that people are a part of impact them - and she is acquiring a knowledge of polyvagal theory to help people work through trauma they may have experienced.
